This past Sunday, some of our Shawano female athletes made history as part of the first ever Girl's Flag Football game on Lambeau Field! 💚💛🏈
As part of the Packer's continued efforts to promote girl's flag football, Shawano was 1 of 4 schools selected to participate in a scrimmage at halftime.
Participants were Abby B., Abby W., Ella S., Marissa T., Adalyn B., Trinity P., Braylyn B., Maci B., Natalie B., and Tela H. They did an awesome job representing Shawano!! 👏 #ShawanoProud

They also took a tour of the Menominee Reservation visiting the Tribal Offices, the Menominee Logging Camp Museum, and the Buffalo Camp, Home of the Menominee Buffalo Initiative. #ShawanoProud

The grant, which was made possible through a cell phone recycling program, was presented to seventh grade class officers and student council members.
The grant, written by middle school staff member Connie Rauterkus, will be used toward the seventh-grade class trip to Trees for Tomorrow in May 2024. #ShawanoProud
