Twenty-five students were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society! 🌟 SCMS is proud to announce the first-ever NJHS induction ceremony at Shawano Community Middle School. The ceremony indicated the continuing emphasis on excellence that is represented by our school and community. Members of the Shawano Community Middle School were presented with a Cellcom Green Gift for $1,000! The grant, which was made possible through a cell phone recycling program, was presented to seventh grade class officers and student council members. The grant, written by middle school staff member Connie Rauterkus, will be used toward the seventh-grade class trip to Trees for Tomorrow in May 2024. #ShawanoProud
