It might be too much “new” all at once or it might be the “new” that your son or daughter has been craving. Either way, we have an opportunity for them and we would like to invite them to attend our Shawano FFA Greenhand Leadership Day on Thursday, August 15 at Shawano Community High School.

Students, this action-packed day is sure to be a fun way to

get to know yourself and meet new people as we explore the world of Agricultural Education (Ag Ed). Ag Ed and FFA is a home away from home for all and will help as you start to navigate this new beginning.

You will spend the day diving into what makes you, YOU and discovering ways the FFA can help you make the most out of your high school experience. FFA truly is for EVERYONE and we want you to join us to learn more about the organization and the opportunities that come with it. Signing up for this day doesn't mean you have to become an FFA member but it will allow you to learn more about opportunities available.

The day will begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:30 pm. It will include different workshops, games, activities, a pizza lunch provided by the Shawano FFA Alumni, and so much more. We invite you to stay that evening for our summer FFA chapter meeting for a chance to meet other FFA members and enjoy a cookout.
