The Shawano School District has extended the filing deadline for the spring election for the position Member At-Large as an incumbent, Samuel Sousek II, has chosen not to run for reelection and did not file a timely notice of non-candidacy.
Electors, who are residents of the Shawano School District and desire to be a candidate for the school board position, have until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023, to file a declaration of candidacy in the District Office at Shawano Community High School.
