Shawano School District Food Service Request for Proposals
As required by the National School Lunch Program and the Department of Public Instruction, the Shawano School District is requesting proposals to provide management services for the District’s Food Service Program beginning with the 2025-26 fiscal year with the option of four (4) one year contract extensions. The proposals will be reviewed in accordance with the district's procurement policies. All proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on 3/18/2025. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
The pre-proposal meeting for the Shawano School District, 218 County Rd B, Shawano WI 54166, will take place on 2/27/2025, 10:30 A.M., where vendors can ask questions about the RFP.
